Is it OK to call you if I don’t have any idea what I want?

Is it OK to call you if I already have a plan?

Absolutely. If you know what you want, call us and give us 5-10 minutes of your time. We can give quotes over the phone but in our experience, a conversation will draw out more of the details and help us give you a more accurate estimate to achieve your goals within your budget.

My loved one hasn’t yet passed. Is it OK to call you to pre-plan?

Yes, it is OK to call us. We will help you pre-plan your services as you need.
Is embalming required in the State of New York?

Embalming is not required in the State of New York.
My loved one qualifies for a military funeral. Should I still call you?

Yes please call us if your loved one qualifies for a military funeral. Our network includes all military branches for the service and can help you plan.
What happens to ashes after cremation?

This is up to the family. The ashes can be buried, or it can be picked up by the family to be scattered or brought home.
What happens if the death occurs outside of the State of New York?

Call us first and we will take care of everything for you. We will get basic information from you and will contact the funeral home or director outside of New York and coordinate returning your loved one home for you.
Why should I pre-plan my funeral or burial?

Pre-planning can alleviate the future financial stress of you and your loved ones. Also, you can pick out and plan on the type of funeral that you prefer, ensuring you receive the service you desire funeral or memorial service that you desire.
